§ 1 Scope
(1) These Terms of Use govern the use of the platform provided at matbakh.app.
(2) The platform is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are excluded from use.
(3) The General Terms and Conditions (AGB) at matbakh.app/agb apply in addition.
§ 2 Service Description
(1) The platform provides an automated analysis of the digital visibility of commercial businesses. The analysis comprises the collection of business data, AI-powered evaluation, and the presentation of results.
(2) The platform is in an early operational phase (Beta). Features and availability may change at any time.
(3) The analysis results are automatically generated assessments and do not constitute professional advice.
§ 3 Registration and Account
(1) The use of certain features requires registration with a valid email address.
(2) Registration is completed via a double opt-in process. The account is activated only after confirmation of the email address.
(3) The user is responsible for the security of their login credentials.
§ 4 User Obligations
(1) The user agrees to use the platform only for its intended purpose.
(2) The user must not enter false or misleading business data.
(3) The user must not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
(4) The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter.
§ 5 Intellectual Property
(1) All content of the platform (text, graphics, software, analysis methods) is protected by copyright.
(2) The user may use the analysis results for their own business purposes. Redistribution, publication, or commercial exploitation of the analysis methods or platform software is not permitted without written consent.
§ 6 Availability
(1) The provider endeavors to provide the platform with as few interruptions as possible. No specific level of availability is guaranteed.
(2) Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may lead to temporary restrictions.
§ 7 Termination
(1) The user may terminate their account at any time by email to mail(at)matbakh(dot)app.
(2) The provider may terminate the usage relationship at any time with reasonable notice.
(3) The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
§ 8 Final Provisions
(1) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
(2) Should any provision of these Terms of Use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
(3) Changes to these Terms of Use will be published on the website.
